So sorry to be delayed in sending my appreciative words to you!! The last 6 weeks were lived a little on adrenalin and coming home finally has given my brain a chance to settle. But both my daughter and I want to tell you what a great person you are. Even after knowing you for so little time, we both felt the compassion and empathy that was genuinely "you" and wanted to acknowledge it. At a time when I was so consumed with Mom's care and wanting her wishes to be honored, you were there and completely satisfied our longings. And that seemed to be just the beginning. I became immediately confident in your abilities and trusted your skills wholeheartedly! Thank you for accepting the vocation that you are in! You allow families to "celebrate the life" of the ones we love and our gratitude cannot be expressed enough. Please know that the entire family was so happy with Mom's care; her appearance of calm solitude was only due to your expertise and professionalism!! If you ever need an additional recommendation (though I doubt you will) please don't hesitate to ask! Thank you again for the compassion, professionalism, confidence, and sincere kindness we were shown.

This morning’s service once again reminded me why I so much enjoy working with Telford’s Chapel of the Valley. Your entire staff so authentic, caring and efficient. It really bothered me that I hadn’t washed my car. The fact Shone would offer to do that during the service was more than just thoughtful; it was overwhelming. As we traveled to the cemetery, Brady was courteous enough to pull the coach over when he realized many out-of-towners in the procession had been stopped by a light and wouldn’t know the route. It’s this attentiveness to details that makes such a difference and truly displays that you care. Thanks for taking such good care of grieving families. You have a great staff! God bless you all!

When mom was dealing with her cancer returning, towards the end of her life we realized that we had to face the fact of her eminent passing. Obviously, that was not an easy time, however, it truly was a blessing how you helped us with the process.

We thank you for the many details and questions that you helped us with. The special hidden touches of thoughtfulness will always be cherished, and that is thanks to your very considerate staff, and mainly you Rick! Especially with providing us with some very private and special moments that will be cherished always!
We now have a better understanding for what others have gone through when having to deal with the process of a loved one's dying. It is difficult to imagine how you must feel at times, with having to deal with death on a daily basis, but when you realize and focus on what it means to the rest of the family and friends, and how you can help them, it all makes sense!
