Chapel of the Valley (formerly Telford's Chapel of the Valley) was founded in 1969 by Jim & Corinne Telford. Rick Phillips joined the staff at Telford’s as a licensed Funeral Director in 1989.
In 1995, Rick and Ann Phillips purchased the business from the Telford family. The funeral home continues to operate as a family owned business that serves families in the Wenatchee Valley and central Washington State.
Their son, Brady Phillips, joined the family business in 2007. Brady is now the in-house Purple Cross agent.
In 2017, Kevin Precht purchased the business. Rick and Ann Phillips continue to manage the funeral home.
