Susann M. ROGERS
Susann M. Rogers, 78, a long time resident of Dryden, WA passed away peacefully on Friday, August 12, 2016. She was born Susann
Hansen on July 15, 1938 to Murion Carl (MC) and Helen Hansen in Portland, Oregon. She grew up in Yakima, WA and graduated from Davis
High School on March 22, 1958. Susann married Cliff McLean and had three children, Marlene, Mark, and Marshall. They moved to Wenatchee
where Sue became active in her women's group Bible study and was an active member of the Presbyterian Church and later at the Dryden
Community Church. On February 24, 1979, she married Drexel Rogers in Dryden, blending their families with the addition of
three more children. After many years of service, she retired from the East Wenatchee Water District. Upon retirement, Sue continued to
enjoy spending quality time with friends and family, singing in her church choir and attending gospel concerts. She is survived by her children;
Marlene McLean of Spokane, Mark (Shana) McLean of East Wenatchee, Marshall McLean of Tucson, Arizona, John (Lea) Rogers of Spokane,
Sheri (Tony) Sturtz of Wenatchee. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She is survived
by her dear friend and special sister in Christ, Judy (Gary) Grams of Cashmere, WA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Murion Carl (MC) and Helen
Hansen, her brother M. Carl Hansen, Drexel Rogers and James Rogers. A very special appreciation goes out to the staff at Saddlerock Adult Family
Home on Madison Street in Wenatchee for their genuine compassion and care for our mother. A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 19, 2016
at 1:00 PM at the Cashmere Cemetery. Arrangements are by Telford's Chapel of the Valley, East Wenatchee, WA
