The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Norma Phillips can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

How deeply you loved, so I know how deeply you are grieving! I don't think it possible to count the lives Norm touched....I know my life, from the time I was born through my last birthday or special holiday was made so much richer, because I could count on a beautiful card in the mail and, it was always the first received. Not only did she remember me, but as my Jessica was born and my Jose added to my family....they too were blessed by her sweet words. Never once did she forget. When I was so sick, her cards flooded my mailbox...they were like medicine to me. I love you all, your family, your closeness, your friendship, your giving spirit....And I love the memories I will always hold close of Norm!
